Women who feel intimidated by the gym environment or unsure what do to. Women who want to still enjoy life and eat the foods they love. Women who are navigating their changing bodies as they age or have realised the importance of building healthy bones and muscles but need a little helping hand.

Hi, I'm Sarah, a Personal Trainer and Nutritionist. I am super proud to have created "That Strong Girls Club", a community of women who are ready to take back their power, to own their bodies and feel confident to show up. To take care of their health but still live life to the fullest.
I want to help you quit the yo-yo dieting for good, focus on your long term health, to educate you on how to strength train and fuel your body in a way that makes you look and feel your absolute best and definitely to debunk all the fitness myths and diet culture that hold so many of us back for years.
